What data we process
Through the enquiry form we process only the data you provide yourself — name, email, optionally a phone number, facility name, number of rooms, and the content of your enquiry.
The website uses no analytics or marketing cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote — this is a pre-contractual measure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We also keep a record of business communication on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, but no longer than 5 years from the last contact.
Who we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties beyond the providers who host our website and mailbox for us, acting strictly as processors.
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps widget — loading it may let Google set its own cookies; see Google’s own privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability.
